All goods are delivered by mycreativeprint.com assigned courier service company or freight carrier.
- Exact reprints will be charged at the same price unless other wise stated.
- Services, products and pricing are subject to change periodically.
- Mycreativeprint.com will not deal with any customer on member Agent’s behalf.
- All delivery charges are included in the sale price unless other wise stated.
- All goods will be transported directly to Mycreativeprint.com Members or to addresses specified by members and cannot be collected from the Mycreativeprint.com premise, or any of its Vendor’s premises.
- Goods that are delivered are packed according to Mycreativeprint.com standard packing with printed samples attached on the outside. Once the goods have left our premises, they are no longer the responsibility of Mycreativeprint.com or it's operator, MD Creative Solutions. If there are any discrepancies in the print quality or quantity of goods, Members are encouraged to call the Mycreativeprint.com at 1700 800 152 to lodge a complaint.
- Refused or undeliverable orders are not a valid reason for reprint or refund. Reshipment of the order will be at the customer's expense.
- Mycreativeprint.com makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping methods. In the event if an order is lost or misplaced during delivery, a notification of no receipt must be sent via e-mail to info@mycreativeprint.com and include the invoice number. Mycreativeprint.com is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond with one of the resolutions below.
1) Mycreativeprint.com will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. This occurs when lost packages cannot be found.
2) Mycreativeprint.com will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from the time of resolution.
- Mycreativeprint.com assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays.
Shipping Address
When providing us with shipping information, please enter a Malaysia street address – WE CANNOT SHIP TO A PO OR APO/FPO BOX. We are currently shipping to Malaysia only.
When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. We also offer you the ability to add multiple shipping addresses when ordering more than one item. These addresses can be stored in your account and selected for use as desired. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information.
